FEES AND MEMBERSHIP
Weymouth Swimming Club charges an annual membership, Swim England governing body annual membership and a monthly fee based on the number of sessions swum each week.
Annual Membership Joining Fees
WSC joining fee - £30 (per swimmer and due 1st Sept)
WSC swim cap - £5 (Additional caps £7 thereafter)
Swim England 2026 fee - Club Train (£21.35) / Club Compete (£48.85) (per swimmer due 1st Feb)
All joining fees are non refundable. Fees are paid in two separate payments on the dates shown above.

Monthly Fees
The monthly pool fees are calculated on an annual basis and split equally over 12 months. The fees take into account bank holidays, closures and all in house galas.
1 session per week - £22.50
2 sessions per week - £40.00
3 sessions per week - £50.00
4 sessions per week - £60.00
Synchro - £25 (Synchro is charged separately in addition to any swimming sessions, but will have additional 50 minutes water time on Friday.)
Entry fees to all open meets, championship events and other competition fees are charged in addition to monthly pool fees. The club contributes to team entries for the appropriate galas.
Additional membership information
The membership year runs from 1st September to 31st August. Members will be notified in August and January that the two membership payments are due and these will be taken on 1st Sept and 1st Feb.
The membership cost covers fees to Swim England, the National Governing body. Only a small proportion goes to WSC. The membership cost includes:
- insuring each swimmer
- member discounts and special offers
- priority access to tickets for Swim England events

Cancelling your subscription
Should you wish to stop swimming and cancel your subscription, the club will require a notice of one month via email to weymouthsecretary@gmail.com
